Product Description

The Enchantment patina is a stunning finish that takes multiple shades of imposing blacks and resplendent coppery areas and streaks them in a way that so slightly resembles a subdued stream of flowing lava. Enchantment has quickly become our most popular finish for bar tops and countertop.

(The enchantment pattern runs across the short 3 foot width. You can choose to have the pattern run longways if you like in the drop-down box above.)

Enchantment Copper Finish

Authentic, Naturally Aged Copper Sheets, Exotic Beauty. Our Copper is "REAL" and not painted or stained! It amazes us each time we see sheets of pure, lustrous, machined copper transformed. Magic!

Thickness Each patina copper sheet is .005" thick (36 gauge). A color copper patina sheet is very durable; it will not tear by hand, but can easily be cut with scissors or a new utility knife. If you take a foot-long sheet of aluminum foil and fold it five times, you will have an idea of how thick a copper sheet is.
Size Our Enchantment Patina Copper Sheet - Light 36 Gauge comes in a standard 3 foot width and has varying lengths up to 12 feet.
Weight One 3' x 4' copper sheet has a weight of almost 3 lbs.
Adhering Color copper is easy to adhere to almost any surface using normal contact cement.
A one-time coat of lacquer is recommended to protect the copper for many years. We recommend purchasing our semi-gloss COPPERLAC lacquer. COPPERLAC is an air-dry lacquer, engineered to provide highly durable interior and exterior protection on color copper. For the highest level of protection for bar tops and countertops, we recommend a lacquer coating, followed by a self-leveling epoxy coating.

  • Absolutely Beautiful with cedar

    Posted by barbara larsen

We put this as an accent on my 8 foot Red Cedar Desk in our place of business and the colors are absolutely perfect. Easy to do for a first timer and we are getting lots of oohhhs and ahhhs.

  • Put copper sheets into picture frames

    Posted by David C Daughenbaugh

Very attractive; very easy to work with. My interior designer liked the two very big pictures that we had on a wall in the great room. They were like double-framed. She actually like the size and the frames but wasn't too cool on the abstract pictures. She suggested putting enchantment in one frame and stellar in the other frame...each about 23" wide by 20" long. Everyone likes the finished product!! Looks like more expensive art work!! Took about 4-6 hrs to do start to finish. First time using copper, worked out beautifully.

  • Amazing beauty

This was so easy to work with for my back splash. I made a template using butcher paper and it worked out very well. The under counter lighting turns this into an amazing focal point! I reccomend using three people to put into place. I also used a slower setting glue to give a little time to get it into place. I used a very fine trowel to spread a thin coat of glue to the wall.

  • beautiful, great product and website

First off, i research things way too much. If you need copper, this is your place. I loved this pattern/style for my use. I strongly suggest getting the sample pack they sell as it is really best to see in person which you like.

  • Better than shown on the website

    Posted by Ryan S.

I had originally ordered a different pattern before I started building my bar. But as I added and changed directions of my bar theme so did the statement piece my copper top selection as well. I ordered the Enchantment Top as a replacement and I absolutely LOVE the look of it. It ties in all the reds, greys, browns and just enough copper to show that unique statement piece I was looking for. I wouldn't have it any other way. I even have buddies asking for the scraps to update their bars now.

  • Awesome product, awesome staff

I ordered the Enchantment Patina for a bar I was building in my basement. The copper came fast and looked incredible. However when I mixed the clear coat, I made a couple mistakes. I called and talked to the people at Color Copper, they had a specialist walk me through the entire process to be sure I didn't make the same mistakes. They were all very easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I would recommend them to my friends. The only hard part is picking out which copper design you want as they have so many. Thanks for all the help.
