| Getting Started Measure your backsplash area first, then select the size of copper sheeting you need in the patina/color you would like. If necessary, the copper can be cut with hand shears for a perfect fit. |
| Easy Installation Just cut your electrical outlets with a Dremel or Rotozip and adhere copper directly to the wall with construction adhesive for a smooth fit. |
| Need trim or seam pieces? No problem, we have wood-wrapped copper trim and seam pieces to match. |
| Protection We recommend spraying two coats of lacquer on your copper backsplash for durable and lasting protection. This can be done before you adhere your copper to the wall. |

Light 36 Gauge Copper Backsplash
Our light 36 gauge copper is an affordable way to give your kitchen a unique look.
| Installation Using contact cement, adhere the light 36 gauge copper sheet to a 1/4" wood or MDF surface first, then adhere that to the wall with liquid nails. You can cut our light 36 gauge copper with standard scissors or a utility knife. |

Creating a Copper Backsplash using our Light 36 Gauge Copper with a lacquer coating.
Materials used - most items can be purchased in our Tools & Supplies section:
- Contact Cement (Make sure you purchase standard contact cement. The the Gel formula and the newer water based environmentally safe formulas do not work.)
- Paint Brush
- Fiskars scissors (or a new utility knife)
- Laminate Roller
- COPPERLAC lacquer
- Dowel Rods
